Lockwood Construction is blocking home @ 111 Mason Terrace, trash removal bins are now obstructed for pickup. He has a trailer, flatbed and other stuff blocking our area as he is doing work across the street. Who does he know not to get a permit nor a sign to have the right to park there. There was no police presence the other day when he had all this material delivered and cars couldn't get by nor see other cars @ a very bad intersection. He is also doing work @ 39 Mason Terrace and has had trucks blocking so other cars can not see around the corner. In addition, he drives a little tractor up the street from one site to the other. There should be a permit or he should park on Summit where the house borders and cars and people can see his vehicles. He will probably be here till summer...there is no talking to him. We will contact the local paper also. Please do something.
