Sidewalk Repair at 25 Kent St

Loads of trash left at Kent Street Town Parking lot for over a month. Surprised to see there is no department of sanitation and - not even such topic to choose from here. The attached picture shows just one of many dumped bags of garbage all over the sides of the parking. Would collect them myself if I was not concerned about what may be inside. How often is town supposed to send crews to clean up lots and streets? Requesting a clean up.
