There are so many handicap ramps in the center of Beacon Street that have been plowed in… This is just so the town can clear the parking meters… There was so little snow and yet, the pathways for pedestrians and people who are less able-bodied have been blocked. This should be the priority to clear first so that people who are not so able-bodied can be out. Again, there are many
