Car obstructing sidewalk EVERY TIME because they are too lazy to use the garage. Snow bank makes it impossible to pass on the sidewalk. Dangerous for one person, let alone having to GO INTO THE ROAD WITH A STROLLER EVERY SINGLE TIME.
