Damaged Sign at 34–40 Browne St

The pedestrian crosswalk sign is tied to the street sign. This intersection is a constant problem with cars racing down St Paul. There are neighborhood children who cross here daily to go to school in addition to all of the families with with young children who cross to access the park & playground all day long. We need a better solution than a sign that is constantly damaged, missing or tied to a sign where cars do not see it at all.
