Sidewalk Repair at 1440 Beacon St

Bike lane constantly blocked by TNC and delivery vehicles. Watches a couple of older adults on bikes forced into rush hour aggressive traffic by a UPS truck stopped in the bike lane. Why isn't bike rider safety a priority in Brookline? Is this area waiting for someone to be killed for protection/enforcement?
