Sidewalk Repair at 1888 Beacon St

Many of these scooters are blocking sidewalks and people who are handicapped or in wheelchairs cannot get by them. The scooters are not the great success that Brookline is touting. I see under 18 kids riding them as well as many many on the sidewalks. Additionally, I never see anyone using helmets with these… Hopefully, there won't be a tragedy of someone getting injured. I was almost hit on the sidewalk Last week by one. Who is actually enforcing the rules?
