Park Playground at 45–99 Griggs Terr

Sand around the sandbox at Griggs Park makes it impossible for mom in wheelchair to get close the sandbox. A short term fix would be to put wood chips on the sand around the outside of the sandbox. Please don't delay. I've reported this before.
