Sidewalk Obstruction at 30 Winthrop Rd

There are thorn bushes hanging nearly half way across the sidewalk. I sliced my leg open with the thorns while I moved my head for a moment. The town needs to take care of this immediately!

They have thorn bushes hanging halfway over the sidewalk. It took me a good amount of time to get the bleeding to stop. I'm not exactly sure what to do in this situation so I'm starting with this.
