The proper procedure is to report it to the police so that an investigation can be initiated. The police will then notify the property owner about the damage. sr 105628 indicated to call BPD. I called, said nothing they can do and to call DPW. Feel like I'm getting the run around. Trying to help keep neighborhood clean and safe.
