I was unaware that one could park a Vespa on the sidewalk. This one has been here for at least 6 weeks. Is this something that a resident can obtain a permit for?

Abandoned Bike at 1034 Commonwealth Ave, Boston

This pile of carts and rubbish has moved sidewalks recently. It is now blocking an entire sidewalk in Brookline. As a taxpayer and resident of Brookline, I ask that this be removed immediately.
