Small waterworks cover is broken and flopping around in its sleeve on Pond Ave. southbound just past elevated crosswalk. I've replaced it twice, but cars keep dislodging it. Gonna cause an accident.

Followup to previous Service Request. Path damaged by heavy DPW trucks. Per town "it was turned into Work Order #203797. Road has been added to our daily potholes list." NO WORK DONE YET. Pls help.
