The Highway Division does not handle graffiti removal on private property. This will be reported to the BPD so that an investigation can be initiated. The police will then notify the property owner about the damage. -

I know we pay a lot for police but where are the arrests??? Just saw one of those food delivery guys driving the wrong one on a one way road. Reduce my taxes now!!!
