Every time it rains, there is a massive puddle at the Outbound St Paul street station where commuters exit the train. With a heavy rain like yesterday, everyone is ankle deep exiting the T.

There needs to be a guard rail along Boylston Street to protect pedestrians from accidentally stumbling into 40mph+ oncoming traffic. Very easy for someone to trip or fall on the narrow sidewalks.
