There is construction that has been happening and they have consistently piled up trash out back along the fence. There is a bad smell coming from it and also rats/racoons have noticed!

There are overflowing garbage dumpsters or more, are always put out over night. This has led to major rap activity around here. This is Reservoir Avenue Court, Apartments. Very disgusting.
