Bad paving after utility work on the STREET on Hawes. This is an eyesore and will result in pot holes. They or the city should fix this in such a way to make it look uniform.

A perfectly good sidewalk was torn up by the city in several places and replaced with loose asphalt twice. It should be filled in with cement and at least as substantial as it was before the "repairs"
