There is always graffiti and trash in the tunnel/ staircase on Clinton Path. Maybe there should be a mural project from the kids at Runkle to combat this ever-present issue.

Dpw crew is back to spray painting black paint instead of cleaning off graffiti, worse than just leaving the white graffiti in place. Dpw clean up worse than the original graffiti, leaving a mess
