Almost every pole on Harvard n if beacon has this sticker on it. Someone (Dpw?) just painted over them instead of removing them. They are are mess. Please send crew to scrape them off

Shame on the town for using spray paint to block out stickers. You just made graffiti. How lazy can you possibly be? Get out there and clean up the signs! Lazy employees making more of a mess
