As per usual, traffic is backed up on high and Walnut because the lights aren't properly synced, drivers are blocking the box and making illegal lefts from walnut. Is there a solution?

Traffic Pattern in this area is absolutely horrible. Single lanes, excessive traffic lights that are out of sync and bus lines. Congestion is from Washington and Holden to Washington and Walnut.

Every time it rains, there is a massive puddle at the Outbound St Paul street station where commuters exit the train. With a heavy rain like yesterday, everyone is ankle deep exiting the T.
