Multiple rat sightings in alley behind 1017 Beacon and the nearby passageway that connects to Monmouth Street. They are often near or coming from beneath a gold colored parked car in the passageway.

On the south side of Beacon St, in the parking spot controlled by parking meter #1017, there's a hole in the pavement. Diameter is about the same as a baseball. Can see fairly far down through the hole, maybe a foot or two.
