Traffic Signal at 1440 Beacon St Corey Hill

Signal is still flashing yellow (and T signal is flashing yield) even though shutdown work has concluded. This is causing some very close call accidents between T and drivers with turn signal.

Traffic Signal at 227 Aspinwall Ave

This red light signal is very long for Aspinwall traffic, and very short for Kent traffic. It's not properly balanced.
