Rodent Issues at 235 Cypress St

Dumpster located in Wood corral behind 235 Cypress St. in parking lot. When doors of the corral are closed, you cannot see this. This is my third complaint over the last three weeks.

Rodent found on trash can- eating garbage. This has been reported several times by 1869 Beacon St. condo (my husband- John). These people rarely ever close their black trash lids!!!! It’s gross/smells
