LARGE RAT seen at the base of the back stairs at 58 Lancaster Terrace, next to Summit Path. The rat ran from the stairs along the foundation and into a burrow under yellow building by utilitiy meters.

It was 8pm and I was returning a book after the library was closed. I saw a rat run past the front door of the library from left to right then I saw a rat INSIDE the locked doors of the library.
