As per usual, traffic is backed up on high and Walnut because the lights aren't properly synced, drivers are blocking the box and making illegal lefts from walnut. Is there a solution?

Fix pedestrian push button at both crosswalks. Side of 31 and Resi side. The only crosswalk with pedestrian push buttons and a light system and they don’t even work.
