10 orange cones have been blocking the sidewalk for over 2 months. Time to throw them out and fine Kaplan

Our Highway team visited the area but didn’t find any cones on the sidewalk, only those required for safety around a construction dumpster. If you could share a photo or the exact location, we’ll be glad to follow up. -
