Just saw a rat go into this trash pile that has been here since June and continued to grow. Cant the town remove the trash or hold the owner of 1065 Beacon Street responsible for removal?

On many occasions at night, I've seen rats in the island between Pleasant, Waldo and Beacon. They hide under the dense shrubbery. I've often seen them cross Pleasant, to behind Stavros/Los Amigos.
