Work was done a month ago and they put down temporary asphalt. It is just squishy black rocks. When the sidewalk plow came by it dug it up. We stopped it down but keeps digging up

Once again a waste hauler for Pelham Hall is collecting garbage outside of allowed hours: pictured here at 6:24am in Wednesday December 17.
