Once again a waste hauler for Pelham Hall is collecting garbage outside of allowed hours: pictured here at 6:24am in Wednesday December 17.

DPW is working on enforcing waste hauler collection times. Please continue to report anytime you see a waste hauler collecting outside the permitted hours. All the reported times are being noted and waste hauler companies are informed of their staff violating the bylaws. -
